Review of "Pickido" at www.pickido.com - is it a Trustworthy Website?

Horrible company! Took over 2 months to receive my case and it was the wrong one. I have email their customer service 3 times and I haven't received any response. Would not recommend to anyone. SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a cover for the phone that supposedly was indestructible took almost 3 months to arrive arrived all broken. We have tried to contact Pickido through his email but I have no answer.

I made the order in September 2018. We are in Dec and the order did not come. I sent an email but go no response!

You all just took my husband's money. He placed an order with you all and he never received it. We emailed you all and at first, you all said you didn't see an order from him. The second email with the order number got us an email saying you all would be mailing the order and a week it's been 2 months. You all suck!

I placed an order in the first week of October and it is now the middle of December and I have not received any merchandise. I would not order from this company again.

They are total criminals, online scammers. I have two months since I made my purchase, and even today's sun has not appeared and I do not believe that they appear, and that under their terms they in 30 days guaranteed the shipment.

this page is a complete scam, do not answer any of the many emails I have sent requesting the return of my money, do not care any kind of comments and it is impossible to communicate with them, where we could make a legal complaint against them? Is it possible to join?

I ordered a magnetic phone case from Pickido. I waited and waited. I asked for a refuned. I filed complaint with Paypal. What a freakin joke. 2 1/2 months later I got a busted in pieces magnetic phone case. They refuse to refund my money. Wont even answer emails now. Pickido is a scam site. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered the magnetic case and it took 2 months to receive it. I was about to file a claim with PayPal to have my money refunded when the case showed up in the mail - no shipping nor delivery confirmation.

I love the case now that I have it but I will not purchase from this particular site again. It's not worth the worry and fear that you've been scammed.

I did send them a email, still no answer after 9 weeks. After 9 weeks they send me some plastic c**p.

Ordered HuaweI case. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, enquired about order only to be told a week later there was a delay.

As it was a birthday present decided to cancel order and buy the product elsewhere.

Informed them we wanted to cancel order and a refund.

Heard nothing for another 3 weeks only for them to reply order was now being dispatched. Waste of space and money and still waiting.

I ordered a Samsung 9 magnetic case.
I received a totaly different product without the magnetic fromt shield.

I tried to contect them through their e-mail at cs-pickido.com but they never responded.

More than a month and a half ago I ordered a cover for my s7 edge, and for the comments that I have read, it will never reach me.

They are scammers. I do not even find them in the insta. Lament

I purchased 2 phone cases 3 months ago and have not received anything.
I received confirmation that they received the payment and the order was being processed, however no tracking number.
I have sent several emails and got no reply.

This Matter is now with my solicitor who advised me that I have a legitimate case.
My solicitor deals with cases from scammers who are based abroad and have a 100% success rate.
Pickadoo ..you only wish you'd sentence what I had paid for because now you'll be out a lot more.

Negative.....I have order a cell phone case since October 12th an haven't received anything. I have sent them 2 emails and haven't received answers at all...

I ordered two sets of headphones at 43 something dollars a piece and still have not received them this was over a month ago and I've sent them emails stating that I still have not received my product.

I'm very disappointed I will never ever shop there again and I hope nobody else does because to me it looks like they're ripping people off. I just want my product or my money back.

My husband and I ordered two magnetic phone cases for our Samsung 9S and 9S on October 6, 2018. We paid via our Bank Visa Card and it was taken out the next business day. $48.00 and $3.95 for International Shipping.

We have emailed them twice now with no response. I just sent them another email that I am going to be contacting the proper Authorities on the matter.
I'm going to call my bank and see if they can contact them and get our money back.

I received an item however it was not as advanced as it was said to be in the discription.

I have emailed them to return the product for a full refund and it has been a month and no reply.

I am assuming you paid via a credit card. Contact your credit card company and ask to have your order cancelled. They will issue you a temporary credit while they contact Pickido.

Open a dispute with your bank before it is too late.

I paid for a samsung galaxy s8 case for my ph and still have not received it. A month later they sent an email saying it shipped but the tracking number is not valid. As of yet, No response after several emails sent.

They took the money from my credit card on 11/10/18. This company should be stopped from advertising on Facebook. Clearly scamming everyone who orders from them.
