Total Scam. Don't buy from them. Beware of the glossy ads on instagram and Facebook. I got sucked in. Goods were not delivered. I ordered last May and now it is September 2020.

I purchased an item on 4/16/2020. Received an email confirmation and then a shipping notice on 4/27. I’ve emailed them twice. The item is shipping from China. When I check the tracking, it shows the item moving around to different locations in China, but it still hasn’t left that city. I’m contacting PayPal to initiate a dispute. Note the date today is 6/6/2020 and I haven’t received the item.

Placed an order March 29, 2020. Still waiting. Complained once after a month. Told that shipping delays due to COVID-19 had them behind schedule. Gave them two more weeks, complained again and asked to cancel. Told on May 15, 2020 that I could NOT cancel because the order "has been processed and fulfilled" (whatever that means). Gave them another two weeks and filed a claim with PayPal. They have not responded to PayPal either. Found a similar item on Amazon at a comparable price and had it in three days. So, DO NOT BUY FROM SPRINKLEJINGLE.COM
