Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I just got ripped off by this website: www.patracia.com.Attention! The products come directly from China while the prices are American... I lost $70 and I'd wait another 3 months and the shoes ordered arrived totally crushed and damage in a plastic bag... Even customs declarations are false! I've been negotiating with them for several weeks and they offer me an 8$ gift card on their website and offer the shoes received to my family or friends...Please share so that no one else gets cone!
Horrible company. Waited for weeks to receive two pairs of flat heeled boots. They were junk! When I tried to send them back for a full refund per their website all I got was the run around! I have asked fives times for the address to return them to but they will not provide it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

To whom it may concern: 4-Flat Heel Boots where purchased,from Patraica.com, what garbage was sent, not what the pictures on the online store show?, very, very cheap like plastic, what a WASTE & for as long as it took to get to me, what a shame.They should be a shamed of what they are sending the customers, very different from the picture disappointed, now I still have to go & buy decent boots.
