I have been getting calls from 408-352-6933 "retained to litigate a potential law suit" threatening to attach my SS account. I am to call 855-485-4988. Not doing it!

me too. They call constantly with threats.

I get calls from that area code every day. One day I got 12 calls. They keep telling me they’re going to debit my account although I know they don’t have the account number. I finally got number shield and a Verizon app and now all of those numbers go to my voicemail message, and will record them if they choose to leave a voicemail. My only other option was to get a fox 40 whistle and blaster eardrums when they call. If they find a way around all my efforts to block them, that’s what it may resort to.
