Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. I regret it. Their online store says that any cancellation or change has to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. I sent them 4 emails asking for a cancellation of this product and they finally replied 2 days later and said, "We are not doing cancellations at this time, we are busy fulfilling orders. This is a Hot Sale and we cannot cancel. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but haven't heard a thing yet. I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered this without checking them out completely. They haven't sent me any tracking number. I paid for express shipping. Very very bad company. No or very late responses. They are just saying they will ship it but nothing happened. So I am in the middle of dispute my transaction with PayPal now. I am trying to get my funds back and amd trying to get Paypal to honor my request I have emailed the company too and keep being told they are legit and that they are working with the back office to see what they have to do to get me my money.
