Canawan located at www.canawan.com sold me a car seat cover and while I was lucky to get my product, not only were they the wrong color, the passenger seat cover doesn't even fit. They keep sending me messages about fixing the problem while sending me promotional emails. Every new email has a different physical address. The last one was an apartment complex.

Do not order from this company. I place an order on April 10,2020 and after two weeks, nothing. I emailed them about a return and then they changed my status as shipped on the 27th and gave me a shipping/ tracking number only to find out it doesn't exist.Contacted them several times about a refund only for them to tell me no and that because of covid 29 shipping was delayed, now we are at the end of May and still no updates, or no refund or no contact back.Their phone number is a busy signal. I reported them to the bbb but if course their company is not accredited. Do not order anything
Same thing is happening to me. I ordered on 04/28/2020 and I keep getting excuses from them too. If you google their phone number, 1-910-250-9291, you will find 3-4 pages of foreign companies that ALL have the same phone.Their multiple storefronts pretend to be here in USA, but they are all Chinese/Asian companies deceiving consumers. Canawan, Tino House, Jersy House, etc., are committing Fraud as well as breaking copyright laws by using images and not paying royalties.
I ordered a breast cancer quilt for my mother in law from 'Jersy House' and when I paid for it through PayPal it showed up ad this 'Canawan'. They have since changed their email address and the original email says it doesnt exist. They changed their website and facebook page as well. Their address comes up as being a home in Virginia. They claimed on their site when I ordered to be able to have the quilt to me by Mother's Day and now I'm getting emails from them saying it will be another couple of weeks when Mother's Day is this weekend! An email address for 'Tino House' has been emailing me and they appear to be from the same place as they have all my shipping info. I have reported this to PayPal in Hope's of getting my money back
I ordered car seat covers and I received them but they were wrong and now I am unable to contact anyone for the mistake I set up an account I tried to get in that but it says my password or e-mail is wrong the phone number just beeps with no answer.
This company is a scam!
