I am so hurt I ordered 4 Hoover boards that was the only thing my grandchildren wanted for Christmas and I haven’t received them or can’t find a telephone number they respond to.
I just cannot understand how anyone could do this to a child, how could anyone in there right mind intentionally set out to defraud people for there on personal lifestyles. I hope the FBI catch everyone involved in this crime.

I bought a tent from them like a month ago. Sent emails with no replies back to where my package is. The site no longer exists and now im out the money I paid for it. They took the money straight from my card. So much for that money and Christmas gift.

I ordered a hot tub for my moms Christmas Present on there so called “cyber Monday sale” my card was charged immediately but my transaction went to another name which was not the site name and I was charged before the item was shipped which is illegal, once I noticed this it set of alarms so I tried to go back to the website and it said not found.
I then tried emailing the site and have gotten no response. I was told it would be delivered within 10 days, it’s now a month later and I have received no confirmation email and no package.
