Is Missoubuy is a Scam or an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Missoubuy located at missoubuy.com an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell RC Toys and other electronics. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

    I ordered from them 3 months ago. Never got my order. They claim I did receive it. sent a following of it tracking. no one on that list knew anything about my package. No package, so far no refund.

    Missoubuy missoubuy1 missoubuy2 are all untrustworthy and will do whatever it takes for you to give up instead of giving your money back. I worked with the USPS and FedEx and PayPal and shopify to flag this crooked organization...

    I ordered a dog toy that would launch tennis balls for dogs to retrieve. It was supposed to include the launcher and 3 balls. Luckily I only paid $23.98 because I received after 33 days one (1) tennis ball. Guess the joke or really not a joke is on me. Now my dog has a $22.98 tennis ball.

    Missoubuy company is a scam. Don't buy anything from this company. They just want money from people who think they are getting a good deal. But totally a ripped off. Don't waste your time from this company

    Ordered Invicta Joker watch for $68. Had I not used paypal Im 100% sure I would never had seen a dime.

    To the person who wrote from Ashburn, Virginia, "What evidence to you have that the online store is a scam?" please read the above reviews.

    On 12/10 I ordered a beautiful pair of Dr. Marten boots.

    Twenty-five minutes later I felt the purchase was too good to be true and sent an e-mail to the company to cancel.

    Two days later, I receive an e-mail from Missoubuy asking why I want to cancel.

    I responded and after that they said they could offer me a 30% refund even though their website claims I can have a 100% refund.

    When I asked why I couldn't have a 100% refund, they responded with, "Your order has been shipped" even though I didn't give them permission to ship.

    It shipped on 12/18 with an expedited shipping rate paid and an expected time of delivery being 5-7 business days.

    I received my package today (1/9).

    In my package was a cheap looking pair of boots that was nothing close to the picture of the Dr. Marten boots I ordered.

    I have tried to call the company, but the number gives me a recording each time that says your call cannot be completed at this time.

    I e-mailed the company for a working phone number and an address, but received nothing.

    Oh, and there was no return paperwork that came with the boots so I have no address to which I can send the boots.

    IS THAT ENOUGH EVIDENCE FOR YOU?!

    If not, please be my guest and throw away your money.

    I am so upset! I ordered two pair of Dr. Martin boots on Cyber Monday, however, I just received two pairs of dollar store plastic shoes! I should’ve known better! Never again will I order anything from this fake company! Please do not spend your hard-earned money on this site!

    I ordered a pair of boots from missoubuy on dec 3. I paid for 10 day shipping. Today is Jan 1 and my boots are still in China. Worst customer service ever! Buyer beware! Do not ever use this site.

    Bought air pods attachments.

    Got something totally different- helmets for skateboarding -they had very bad customer support. I tried to give me a 50% refund and a full refund if I returned the helmets to China and paid the return freight.

    Freight costs will probably be higher than the price for the accessories to the air-pods ordered in the first instance. The delivery time was also much longer than promised in the order acknowledgment where correct items were specified

    Therefore do not shop anything from this company.
