I am fixin' TO turn ya'll into the Better Business office cause I have not received my robot yet. Been waiting since before Christmas.
I ordered 2 robots on December 9th 2019 and am still waiting. I paid with PayPal, how can that be fraudulant? They claim they sent them but of course, I doubt that they did. This angers me to no end.
Yeah I had same thing I order 3 robust for my grand children on dec 9th payed extra shipping suppose to get in 5-7 days have not received yet so upsetting of course going to my bank to try get money back I did get a message saying that it was delieved which was a lie I went to post office the tracking number isn’t real
I have the same problem. I order the two robotic figures .they told me I should be receive in soon and nothing.yet.send them email no responds.
I ordered for my grandson this robot back on november the 26th, now here it is dec. 25th and I still have not received it yet. I wish i had of know about this fraudulent company before i ordered this. I'm trying to figure out how can i get my money back. Readers please be aware that this company is not a linguistic one. Don't purchase anything from them, they're run off with your money.
I too ordered the robot received not the one I ordered but a completely different one very basic not the one shown in the picture could have got this one for less than halve the price I paid pay pal is now looking at my case
I just ordered a gift for my Grandson as well! I wished I knew about this as well, I am so upset. I went through Paypal, I hope I can get my money back through them. What a scam! I can't believe Paypal would use a company like this.Differently Upset@!
I ordered December 9 and got a confirmation right away saying I'd get an email or text when my order was ready. It's now December 14, wanted it for Christmas, and have had no email, text nor response to 3 email requests for status. I'm sure this article is true, that they are a fraudulent company. Stay away. Wish I'd checked this before ordering.
My experience is similar. I received one email returned saying ty for your email we are so busy with so many orders we will send out ASAP. I ordered a week ago and still no shipping date details
I contacted the Freud government and pressing charges against you and your whole company call me at * asap. I am putting this on face to make it a class action lawsuits I am tired of freud.
