I ordered 2 robots on December 9th 2019 and am still waiting. I paid with PayPal, how can that be fraudulant? They claim they sent them but of course, I doubt that they did. This angers me to no end.

Yeah I had same thing I order 3 robust for my grand children on dec 9th payed extra shipping suppose to get in 5-7 days have not received yet so upsetting of course going to my bank to try get money back I did get a message saying that it was delieved which was a lie I went to post office the tracking number isn’t real

I ordered for my grandson this robot back on november the 26th, now here it is dec. 25th and I still have not received it yet. I wish i had of know about this fraudulent company before i ordered this. I'm trying to figure out how can i get my money back. Readers please be aware that this company is not a linguistic one. Don't purchase anything from them, they're run off with your money.
