I received a notice that it was being shipped on December 20. 2019 and given a tracking number. Received another notice that shipping was moving along on December 23, 2019. I realize that it was the holidays and shipping traffic was heavy. Also Romantische's shipping policy stated it may take up to 12 - 20 days for worldwide shipping. It has now been 30 days. I have followed the tracking number and it is supposed to be in transit. Contacted United States Postal Service and they stated a label has been printed but they need an update from the shipper/supplier or to receive the product.I have sent two emails to request an explanation for this long delay and have had no response. I have paid for this product. This is false advertisement when it comes to their statements on customer service.
