    Hello, I paid for tubes of 'mould killer' recently. They pocketed my money, told me it was in transit and nothing arrived. Two emails from me were ignored. I launched a CHARGEBACK claim with my bank and within a week a package arrived. The outer wrapping was dry but the cardboard boxes containing the tubes of product were soaking wet. The tubes were covered in Chinese characters which may have included safety information for all I know. No translation was included. I wiped the tubes with disinfectant as best I could but I cannot risk putting the gunk on my surfaces to kill the mould. Total waste of money! I hope this helps others to avoid my bad experience.     Hi, ordered a stimmer head several weeks ago with fancyfound; emailed several times and was told the item was in transit. I was supplied with a tracking number. I am unable to engage with their site and to date, no goods have been delivered. I sent an email looking for a refund.
