ordered led face mask, sent an email to support within 2 hours later, (within 48 hours for returns) per their website for refund. Rona responded the next day trying to give me 30% off to save the sale. Thanks but no thanks I would still like to cancel. They said they would look into it. Transaction went through with the bank.
