I ordered air Jordan’s and I never received, I contacted F.Anna - customer services through email and got a rambling senseless email. I called my bank and the reversed it. DO NOT ORDER FROM! There is also a few other sites that look just like their site, just a different name. STAY AWAY from them. I use GOAT they are reputable.

I ordered shoes from this website earlier this month and I paid extra for them to come earlier. After about 8 days I emailed them asking if there was any way I could track my package, they replied saying I should have gotten a tracking number within three days prior to ordering. I never did. They told me I could get a hold of them using PayPal to request a refund.

I am very angry because the email they are currently using is a different one from when I emailed them before. I am still trying to get my money back and am afraid of credit problems. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I hope this helps.
