The website, xhmbaby.store, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered the fake teeth for my husband and haven't heard a thing since they got my money. I will open a dispute with PayPal as well. Please stay away from that store
I placed an order with SMARTKIP on September 10, 2019, and received an email that my order was received and they would contact me to let me know when they were going to be shipped. I have not heard anything from them nor have I received my items.I ordered:1. Butterflies Wall Stickers Art 2. Mighty Toothbrush Holder Caddy3. Clear Adhesive Hooks.I sent two emails to kefu2@yesfg.com.It appeared to be an honest site. I will contact my bank regarding this matter.
I thought I ordered 4 complete torches. Usually more careful, but messed up this time. Ordered too quick to realize came from China. Big mistake.. realized tricky writing and only ordered lights. Right away kept emailing to cancel. Over mth away continued to try . Only response was crazy emails telling me sorry will get the order not yet shipped.. reminded them of page states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and out no money just want money refunded. Just same denial emails... can’t even get help from PAYPAL. DO NOT ORDER.
I also order the spikes and only got light bulbs, scam.
I too just received 9 light-bulbs and no spikes/torches (I ordered EIGHT). Emailed company 2 days ago, no response. I researched the product but not the company. Lesson learned. I used PayPal so will file a claim through them.
I have just received bulbs, no lantern. Their advertisement is misleading, terrible company, no refund, given yet several emails sent .Do not order from this company .
Haha, this is crazy, today I received the led flame light bit no torch or stand or battery or something else as described in their store: xhmbaby.shop - I am really worried. I think you screwed me up!
I have received the wrong merchandise all together. The s***w in light bulb torches will not work outside for a torch affect! I have sent several emails and have not gotten a response. So FRUSTRATING!

Ordered the wrong item but the advertisement is deceiving now they wont answer my emails to return the items for a refund. Tried for over a week now and basically getting no where. Not giving up yet tho, they owe me 64 us dollers
