    I placed an order with SMARTKIP on September 10, 2019, and received an email that my order was received and they would contact me to let me know when they were going to be shipped. I have not heard anything from them nor have I received my items.

    I ordered:

    1. Butterflies Wall Stickers Art

    2. Mighty Toothbrush Holder Caddy

    3. Clear Adhesive Hooks.

    I sent two emails to kefu2@yesfg.com.

    It appeared to be an honest site. I will contact my bank regarding this matter.

    I thought I ordered 4 complete torches. Usually more careful, but messed up this time. Ordered too quick to realize came from China. Big mistake.. realized tricky writing and only ordered lights. Right away kept emailing to cancel. Over mth away continued to try . Only response was crazy emails telling me sorry will get the order not yet shipped.. reminded them of page states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and out no money just want money refunded. Just same denial emails... can’t even get help from PAYPAL. DO NOT ORDER.

    I too just received 9 light-bulbs and no spikes/torches (I ordered EIGHT). Emailed company 2 days ago, no response. I researched the product but not the company. Lesson learned. I used PayPal so will file a claim through them.

    I have just received bulbs, no lantern. Their advertisement is misleading, terrible company, no refund, given yet several emails sent .

    I have received the wrong merchandise all together. The s***w in light bulb torches will not work outside for a torch affect! I have sent several emails and have not gotten a response. So FRUSTRATING!

    Ordered the wrong item but the advertisement is deceiving now they wont answer my emails to return the items for a refund. Tried for over a week now and basically getting no where. Not giving up yet tho, they owe me 64 us dollers

    I received the same message each time: 'Payment failed: Trading website is not registered'. I am now just hoping that my credit card info has not been compromised!

    Can't purchase, says with my Mastercard 'Payment failed: Trading website is not registered'. WTH does that mean, not registered.

    Though they state they take mastercard, they won't. And I'll be p**ssed if my account shows that they got 5 orders from me, because thats how many times I tried to place the order. So now, I deleted my cart and hope they don't have my info.

    I didn’t research before I tried to order from this online store. I got a message that the website was not trusted so hoping they didn’t get my credit card info. Contacted credit card company and as of now there are no charges. I’m hoping it was my credit card protecting my money. I’m usually very thorough before I order a line but the promo video was so darn good. Thanks for the heads up about this bogus shyster
