Over mth away continued to try . Only response was crazy emails telling me sorry will get the order not yet shipped.. reminded them of page states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and out no money just want money refunded. Just same denial emails.... can’t even get help from PAYPAL. Emailed company 2 days ago, no response. I researched the product but not the company. Lesson learned. I used PayPal so will file a claim through them.
