Calls from 408-657-3584 Regarding Google Account

My wife received a phone call which appeared to be from the Google security team. She was asked to contact them at 408-657-3584. The call was received today, April 5 at 1300 hours, regarding suspicious activity on my Google account.

But, Google will never call regarding suspicious activities on your account. As a matter of fact, Google doesn't call you regarding anything concerning your account. You will be notified via email or app. Therefore, if you asked to call a telephone number regarding something about your account, please do not.

And, never give out your account credentials, personal information, credit card information over the phone. Also, do not let anyone remote access to your computer claiming to be from Google, because Google doesn't do that.

Just received a call from this number, tried to call it back. I got someone identifying as "Google incorporated". What I then heard was profanity followed up by a harassing phone call filled with profanity.
