Is skrrz.store an Untrustworthy Online Store?

COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY, BOUGHT 4 Solar Flame Torch lights from this company... They sent $2 Walmart garden lights instead and then tried to say that is what I ordered. This company is a SCAM.

I purchased $80 of solar flame lights and was shipped some really cheap solar lights that were nothing like I ordered. They refuse to refund my money and want me to pay the costs to ship the wrong lights back to China. Why should I have to pay for the return shipment when it was their mistake? I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 months now. Terrible company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased solar flame lights and was shipped cheap solar box lights. "Bait and Switch" Do not buy from them. I learned my lesson to always check with Google before I buy another item from these ads on Facebook.

The same thing happened to me. Did you get a refund? They refused to refund my money until I shipped the incorrect order back to them at my cost. Why should I pay to ship the incorrect items back to China? Like you said, I've learned a lesson to Google the company before I buy online!

this is the second time I got burnt by one of these companies, If they only have email and dont have a contact telephone number, runnn.

This is the 3rd time I got ripped off and I finally figured out what red flag to heed.

If a company has an email addy and no phone contact number runnnnnnnnn. These people followed the same MO the 2 others did. They send you cheap product( bait and switch) and when you try to contact them thru email they send a generic response.

If you continue to complain they give you a ridiculous partial money back offer . I am contacting who ever I can think of to stop this rip off business practice.Do not buy from here.

SCAM store. Do NOT buy. Bought using PayPal. Got 4 solar lights (also $36) that were not the same and were VERY CHEAP, that they make Walmart's $1 solar lights look like gold.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered the solar lights. I am out $36 plus 3 emails to them asking where my order is. Why is Facebook helping these crooks advertise on their website. I am not A HAPPY CAMPER! Many people work for their money. This takes all trust away from me. GRRR!

Well I guess I was the lucky one. I ordered flame torches and got cheap dollar store'lights. I paid for express shipping and it took 22 days. Do not buy from this store!

Total scam. I ordered 8 of them plus paid for the “express” shipping only to be ghosted by customer support. No product and unanswered emails. It’s irresponsible of FB to continue promoting their advertisement. They are clearly fraudulent.

I contacted the BBB, FTC and the attorney general of CA. That's what the return address label said.

I ordered 8 and paid the $4.99 for speedy delivery and have received nothing. They claim to have a messenger person who will answer your questions, I used it with all the details no answer for days then a message that said 'order on the way' and still no order...

Ordered torches and received lightbulbs....do not use site.

I ordered these flame 🔥 torches ran by solar power, paid 40.00 for 4 of them byt never received them, grrr; they sent me 4 flame less bulbs. I am so mad 😡
