The website, kenamotion.icu, is an untrustworthy online stores. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. We ordered a folding electric scooter. After not receiving and can't get a phone number or e mail that works we cancelled charge with the credit card company. Proof of shipping was sent. We received a 50 cent spinning fidget and now credit card company can't help even though we didn't receive what we had ordered. Shame on these people SCAMMING seniors.

I ordered a folding electric tricycle scooter for my elderly mother who had seen it on a facebook pop up video and the scooter would have served her needs.
I never received the item in the time stated and I continually called the phone number (912)387-0863 and no one ever answers, so I have left messages regarding when I could expect delivery of my order (order# 2218) and I have never received a response.
I am calling my credit card today to let them know that I believe I have been scammed.
I am not on facebook and wish I had the know how to let Facebook and their users aware of this scam so they do not fall victim and so Facebook can stop the video from showing.

I'm really concerned about an order I placed with kenamotion.icu, I have paid £199 for a foldable scooter as I'm disabled, I have not received the scooter and I have never had a single message or contact from them. I can't even find any way to get in touch with them, can anyone advise, please? I'm desperate to get my money back as I have a limited budget and I'm very worried that I've been scammed! Any chance of getting some help?
