The "Complete your PayPal payment with Public Desire" email below is a scam. Therefore, recipients of the same email are asked not to click the links in it. PayPal users should always go directly to www.paypal.com and sign into their accounts from there, instead of clicking on a link in an email message. This will help protect them against PayPal phishing scams being sent by cybercriminals.
