The website, oakbayshop.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered to sofa covers from OakBayShop.com. I clicked on the covers I wanted...and they appeared just as I wanted... two "Khakhi" sofa covers. My receipt says "Khakhi" for each item. I ordered Khakhi... and that's what it said on my screen and on my receipt. But they sent me some awful grey covers with penquins on it.They said that the picture was of the Penquins. But, no matter what item I clicked on, the picture in the shopping basket came up as the penquin ones. BUT, I went back and redid the order... same thing. BUT, I know I clicked on Khakhi... and it said KhakhI on my order AND on my receipt. BUT, they will NOT send me the correct ones nor will they offer any refund.In fact, in one of 12 emails, the only thing they offered was a $5 refund... on $91 covers, which I can't use b/c they're PENQUINS! The problem is that this company offers no mailing address on ANYTHING and has no phone number to call.
