Good afternoon, check ... how is it done to cancel the transaction if I already paid for a product more than a month ago
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
I order griddled from this company, got fake toy.
The website, nikeaj.club is a fake online store. It is in cahoots with "Chinagpay*PUQUAN CO" which steals money from your account and sends exact same emails above. It sets and presents itself as a nike webpage which is not true.My son sought to purchase a pair of shoes which diplayed the store price as $99.60 after converting. This was displayed utorized this from my debit card. Checking the debit CARD they had withdrawn $112.83. I authorized $99.60. They had withrawn an extra 13 dollars from my account without permission. That is theft.Furthermore they completely by-passed the SMS confirmation procedure and dipped straight to may account, which immediately made me suspicious and check my account to discover the theft. This shows payment to a different entity "Chinagpay*PUQUAN CO". I immediately notified them and cancelled the order as I was not willing to do business with untrustworthy people. On their website they only said they can accept only mastercard even though visa logo was displayed as well. They seem to have gotten into trouble with visa card through their dubious transactions but are somehow still able to bypass mastercard and steal from accounts of unsuspecting shoppers. The immediate inconvenience is I have locked my Card and I cannot use it as I don't trust this website.Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of giving their details and money being stolen from their accounts without authority. Have any transactions cancelled and not honoured and money refunded. I would also request that authorities help prevent the cyber-criminals who are operating the website from fraudulently charging credit cards and if possible their websites shut down. I am sure I am not the first to complain.
Same with vollsoy.com. The receipt looks the same, only auto1 instead auto4 at autoreply.
