Getphotoblanket located at getphotoblanket.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell blankets. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I have been fighting with this company for a few months. I would like to find out where their US offices are so that I can file a complaint with the BBB in that area. I paid for my order with PayPal and thought I would be protected by them, but they just send a message to Getphotoblanket.com and when they respond "that it is in transit" PayPal seemingly washes their hands. I plan to file a complaint against them as well. If anyone knows the corporate office location of this company, please reply! TIA
I made an order OVER 3 WEEKS AGO and although my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY I haven't received anything. Not even an order update etc. I sent them an email over 48 hours ago and am still waiting to hear back from them.
Do not order from this company! I am experiencing the same problem as the first person who commented. I am going to my bank to file a fraud report.
No Product received, poor customer service. Refuses to issue refund. Turns out product is made in and shipped from China. This isn't mentioned on the website. Secondly, it's been almost 5 weeks from my order date and I haven't received my pillow. I've contacted customer support 5 times and each time they ask me to wait longer. They have lied and stated that the pillow as waiting to clear customs in Canada, but the pillow was still in China.I asked twice for a refund and both times they deflected my request and asked for me to wait longer. Order stated for expedited shipping 9 to 15 days.Customer service takes at least 2 days to responded to emails. Since they are refusing to refund my purchase I've contacted MasterCard to begin a chargeback.
Can you tell me if getphotoblanket.com is fake website? Just ordered from them before reading this article.
"Checking to see if getphotoblanket.com is a fraud website. Ordered stuff from them on Dec. 9 and haven’t heard anything back, no phone number to call. The money order was taken out of my account the next day" Received via email.
