Yomepro located at www.yomepro.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Fraudulent scammers- my experience with the person has been nothing less than frustrating and a complete waste of time. On april 28,2020 I placed an order for 2 eternal flower gifts at $33.99 each, totaling $67.98. COVID 19 set in and my order was very delayed in being received. Fine, I understand that. I finally received my order on july 22,2020, approximately 3 months later. the items were shipped in a cheap styrofoam casing and then put into a plastic bag. It's a wonder it survived the shipping process at all. One of the two glass dome casing was damaged in shipment. Who is responsible for the damage is irrevelant. I contacted the maker, explained the damage and asked for a replacement to be sent. They asked for pictures of the item , the casing and shipping envelope so that they can see for themselves. Completely understandable and pictures were sent. Their first response back to me was a scripted response to a product that I did not order, a chair that is apparently also defective and offered a 15% discount. I replied back stating that the scripted response was to an item that I do not own. then they responded back to me with a 20% refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted a replacement piece for the item that was damaged. I re-itterated that point in my next email to them, hoping that it was a miscommunication and they did not understand what I wanted. Their next response to me was completely insulting. They told me that it would cost me $20.00 to ship it back to them!!!! No where in any conversation did it say that I would have to pay them to take it back! Oh and offered a 30% refund. So an item that I spend $34.00 on will maybe get me $10.20 back . I am demanding my refund just to be done with them. And yet again, I was given a scripted response about that stupid chair, not even about the item I ordered. They have the most incompetent customer service staff I have ever encountered, and i've been in customer service for over 30 years. But yet, they want me to give a positive review? I think not! I will never ever purchase from this scammer again!!!!!
ordered Cucurbit flute from Enbeed April 19 2020. Today is June 26 2020, haven't received order or heard from them. Tracking # is invalid and cannot contact them by any means.

The indestructable balls are rubbish. I have asked Magires at least 4 times why the balloons do not stay inflated. The only comment I had was when I threatened to claim a refund.PLEASE SEND INSTRUCTIONS ON KEEPING THEM INFLATEDJ L T
