The website, gogobuy.shop, also called Gogobuy or Usbose, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Order earbuds on 31/Dec/2019 (USD39.85)...Not received and no refund anything in my Paypal! Fake website and very bad email reply Reply said refunded but no Paypal transaction copy! Also reply check your account buy yourself . Be careful they use different email account! Don't order anything from this Website and Facebook!

I ordered this product: Multi-function Circular Saw / Saw Accessories - 3 PCS SAW BITS and it was never sent to me. And they don't answer the supposed mail that they place. Is a gotcha.
Made an $86.00 purchase from this outfit. Wrong items were sent and all they wanted to do was refund me $18.00. Went to Pay Pal resolution. Last offer was to return items to Guangzhou at my cost to get full refund. I'm sure it would cost about as much as the refund to send it there. Very untrustworthy seller. Stay away.
when their websites or email or PayPal accounts get closed down they open a new one and start all over again... when you order make sure you do not buy from a website unless you know it is trusted 100% .. do some research first... PayPal does not seem to want to help ... report them whenever you can to facebook if you see their ads.. report their ads as scammers...
Hi,On december 28 2019 I ordered 2 X Bluethoot Wireless Pods Pro $25,99 piece Shipping insurance $9,99 total amount $69,97On januarI 14 2020 I received 2 X Wireless Earphone i12 Version:5.0 EDR/BLE, who ar for sale in my county Belgium, for the price of €7,80. They suggested me 3 times to refund a different amount, 1 x $7, 1 x $9, and 1 x $10 a piece.I did not agree and will send them back. I hope PayPal will do his job.
I too made an online purchase for $40.98 for a 2 TB minI drive. This vendor sent me a 32 GB USB "thumb" drive. When I contacted them I was offered a $7 refund to my account, a totally unacceptable offer.After many back and forth emails I got them up to an $18.00 refund but don't hope to ever see the refund.I also will not I purchase from this vendor in the future and I would recommend the same for any and all shoppers at their website.My question is "why does Paypal continue to send them money" they could just as easy say they refuse to deal with them and protect their customers.These kind of people make it hard for the rest of us to do business online with confidence.

And this is also important: PayPal offers customer protection. This is of no value, since even PayPal doesn't pay the money back that the criminals stole (and steal: batebee.com and gogobuy.shop are still active!). Because: PayPal wants you to return the INTENTIONALLY wrong-sended item to China at your own cost (costs are about 60$ from the Netherlands) to get refund of (in my case) about 40$. Conclusion: PayPal is facilitating the fraudulent webshops in a passive way. PayPal is no police, but should (i.m.h.o.) stop with this service to GoGoBuy.shop!
I called Paypal today to report this fraudulent vendor. If Paypal doesn't help, you can always appeal to your credit card company.
Trying to make the police of Guangzhou aware of these criminal people, causing damage to Chinese webshops in general, did not work so far.Also trying to make contact via Hong Kong police (friendly people, but they do not feel responsible for activities outside HK. I can understand. Their recommendation: search for address information via internet.
