Is Journeer a Scam or an Untrustworthy Online Shop?

Journeer located at journeer.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell equipment, backpack, wild tools, and other products. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    I placed an order in May. Two months later I had to send about 10 emails because I had not received my order. I got an email saying because of Covid it was taking longer than usual to receive the order.

    I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. They didn't answer my email

    I received my order August 12. Not the product that was in the picture.

    With instructions in Chinese and I need an adapter to be able to plug it in.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMERS!

    I, too, place an order on June 3, 2020. I have requested a refund several times; someone would respond by thanking me for my patience and that the delivery is slow due to Covid-19. They totally disregard my request for a refund.

    I believe they are a scam and should pay for misleading and stealing people's money. So, I strongly encourage everyone to not be victimized by these people. I also encourage everyone who has been victimized to make them well-known so that no one else will fall for their lies. I encourage you to use social media, file complaints with the BBB, and other forms of public notice to put these thieves out of business for good.

      Exact same thing happened to me . My order was placed in early June and only response I receive is that due to covid-19 it’s been delayed. I asked for a refund and that’s all that was said in one email and now I’m not getting a response at all. Geez

    I have been waiting well over a month and still waiting.if I don’t receive it soon in good condition I will get my lawyer to find them and sue them

    Worst website ever! Worst customer service. Scam! Scam! Scam! After three months I finally got the order which I requested three time to have it cancel. O forgot to mention. Their item was dented when I received it!

    Order an awning and a box last April and still haven't received my order. I' ll go to my bank tomorrow. Don't want to loose $135.00

    Yes, I ordered 139.00 overland awning for my truck in the beginning of April they emailed after charging my card a order number. But I have not received shipping information I emailed several times and they respond with what seems automated that shipping is having problems and they will expedite but it never happens.

    I after 4 times contacting journeer requesting their contact information contacted my bank to dispute this scam business charging my account and my bank has still allowed the charge now I’m out of money with no recourse and no way of recovering my money. I will however be closing my accounts with the bank I’ve been with over 20 years for backing a scam business.
