Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. I have requested a refund several times; someone would respond by thanking me for my patience and that the delivery is slow due to Covid-19. They totally disregard my request for a refund. I believe they are a scam and should pay for misleading and stealing people's money. So, I strongly encourage everyone to not be victimized by these people. I also encourage everyone who has been victimized to make them well-known so that no one else will fall for their lies.
