Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered a tent on March 23, 2020 and received knock off sunglasses in April but not a tent yet. They do answer all my emails and send me tracking information but it hasn't arrived and probably won't. I used PayPal so I may have some recourse.
