I too ordered a dewalt tool kit paid 86.00 dollars in us funds back in April 2020. Still to this day have not received anything. Using MSN website. I have sent and received many emails with nothing but excuses, and now they claim the order was mixed up by the shipping company, and was offered 30% return of what I paid. HaHa. I will also be filing complaint against MSN for the advertising they post.

I paid $86.00 which included S&H on 4/14/2020 for a Dewalt 10 piece tool kit. I realize this was a small amount for a tool kit but it was on MSN home page for 2 weeks and thought since there was legitimate. Obviously not and I guess they don't check there home page for fraudulent material. I am hurt by this as I trusted them and believed they have a secure line for you to surf the web.
