Open a dispute with your bank.

  • May 20, 2020 at 5:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Brickeys, Arkansas, United States

I also got scammed. Turned it into paypal and they refused it and I appealed and they refused it.

Called the bank, cancelled debit card and put in a chargeback with the bank. Got my money put back in my account. Now the bank can handle them.

Godaddy loves them, lots of sale sites and sales!

Paypal loves them, they care more about the seller than the buyer.

I started a bank account at another bank and put that info on paypal. Took my regular bank and debit card off my paypal account and only use the debit card at the new bank. I only keep in that account enough money to buy what I want. That keeps paypal out of your

    "regular" banking.

Product ordered never received. No answer of telephone or emails. Bogus company made to do one thing - steal! Stay away.

  • May 9, 2020 at 8:22 PM by an anonymous user from: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

I ordered Lysol and Wet Ones wipes and hand sanitizer from Keranzatoys.site on 04/15/20 and never received the order. Attempts to reach them via email and phone were in vain. In fact, no confirmation email (or any type of communication) was ever received from this company. I disputed my order after a few weeks and PayPal was really efficient in investigating my order and refunding my $52 into my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! KERANZATOYS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered TP and hand wipes on April 16. The money was immediately withdrawn from my PayPal account. I received no receipt or email verification of my order. I have an ongoing dispute with PayPal. I was surprised to see the Chinese writing on my PayPal receipt as well.

    • May 5, 2020 at 11:10 AM by an anonymous user from: Canton, Georgia, United States

Same issue on 4/19. PayPal would not look into. Had to file claim through bank to get resolution. Still in dispute.

      Good luck.

  • May 2, 2020 at 2:19 AM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

THEY GOT ME, TOO! In desperation for some disinfecting wipes and toilet paper, I recalled from past experience that some school supply and toy stores occasionally carry these kinds of things. So I proceeded with a small order. But concerns arose during the payment process when the order instantaneously went through as soon as I entered my credit card info - without any opportunity for me to review the completed order and submit it myself.

Then I was alarmed to see some Chinese writing associated with the company name and to be advised that the transaction on my credit card statement would be documented as inx892@163.com. And of course, I've since received no detailed order confirmation or shipping info, I've discovered that the company phone number is useless and my email attempts go unanswered, and I now realize that this was a scam and am angry that I won't be receiving my much-needed items PLUS have to hassle with reporting this fraudulent company as well as trying to get my credit card to refund my money. These people are crooks! And PayPal is losing integrity by being associated with them!

  • May 1, 2020 at 5:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Hammonton, New Jersey, United States

I also ordered with them through PayPal on April 19th and when I went to track the order it says it was lost after it left Canada. I tried to reach the seller 3 times to NO avail. PAYPAL SHOULD DEFINITELY CHECJ THEM OUT. I have already filed a dispute claim

  • May 1, 2020 at 7:58 AM by an anonymous user from: Foley, Alabama, United States

This is a scam with a fake company. Ordered lysol spray, paid thru PayPal and never received product.

They do not respond to emails and you can not contact them by phone. PayPal should investigate them.

  • April 30, 2020 at 7:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Somers, Connecticut, United States

I also order toilet paper and soap 3 weeks ago and havn't received it. I thought it was a reputable site since they asked for my pay pal account. Also did an inquiry right away since the money went to an asian company. Now is showing up on my credit card bill - will call them asap to have this investigated.

I placed a order the Clorox wipes 4 cases and 4 of the Clorox spray on 4/28/2020. It didn’t occur to me it was a scam until I didn’t get a email confirmation this is so not cool

  • April 29, 2020 at 7:23 AM by an anonymous user from: Boca Raton, Florida, United States

C**p! I too was scammed by this company! kerenzatoys.site. I was skeptical about what was being represented as a toy store was selling toilet paper sanitizers and cleaning supplies. No toys! But like many of you I was in need of the Clorox wipes and happy to have found some. I did get a PayPal receipt that showed my payment went to sejo07@163.com. 🤔

I also had the name translated that was on the receipt. It’s Chinese “Ouyang Qi” Now I’m more skeptical... Well,I got the PayPal receipt so must be okay. Apparently not! After reading all of you guys reviews.

I realize I should have listened to my inner skepticism. I have never received any kind of confirmation from Kerenza. I used my Capital One credit card. They are real good about refunding money and going after the scammers.

I had a company start doing automatic withdrawals from my card and they gave my money back the same day I reported it and contacted the company to resolve the issue. But back to the scammers. I am calling the bank in a few minutes and will report this to PayPal.

I wonder if the only reason PayPal hasn’t cut ties with this company is because they get there share of the funds.

I’m thinking I m going to contact the local TV stations and see if they want to run a story to help keep others from getting scammed by these crooks. You know, you’d think China had done enough by spreading this virus to the whole world. But nope, they want to take advantage of our needs while we’re down too.

Beware and be safe all. Thanks for sharing.

  • April 28, 2020 at 3:33 AM by an anonymous user from: Brickeys, Arkansas, United States

The same happened to me. Now I have cancelled my debit card and removed my main bank info from ebay and added another bank with only a little money in it so they don't put a hold or something on my account. I have to wait 20 days and my bank is going to refund my money and start a fraud claim. I'll get my money back and ebay can fight it

    out with the fraud company.

Don't let them get away with your money. Start a fraud claim and get your money back.

I ordered from this company on 4/17/2020. What a fool I was. Paypal paid them instantly. I never received a confirmation and they don't respond to my e-mails. Why does PayPal take payments for these scam websites.

    • April 28, 2020 at 1:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Exeter, New Hampshire, United States

  • April 27, 2020 at 2:34 PM by an anonymous user from: San Mateo, California, United States

Yesterday, April 26, 2020, I order 3-Clorox Disinfecting wipes (count 75) from Kerenza and when it prompted me for payment, I selected Paypal. Once I entered my credit card information on PayPal, it went to some other company called HefeI YilaI Trade Co., Ltd. I don't know who this company is. Then I get payment confirmation from Paypal that shows that my $36.96 went to some clothing company called "DRESSONLINE" and the email address is:

solodressy@gmail.com. I wonder what clothes are they going to send me? I email this email address and asked them to refund my money. I also emailed PayPal today reporting them to be fraudulent and waiting for a response. I emailed Keranza also but no response. I tried calling Kerenza but get busy signal. Now I am calling my bank to put a stop on my payment - the wait time is so long - still waiting.

    Thanks.

Please be safe and healthy everyone!

  • April 24, 2020 at 7:32 AM by an anonymous user from: West Bloomfield, Michigan, United States

We had a similar experience with Kerenza toys. Why does PayPal take payments for these scam websites?

    • April 24, 2020 at 11:04 PM by an anonymous user from: New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States

I 100% agree with you! Every other purchase I make with PayPal makes me go back to “confirm order” BEFORE they pay. Even then payment is only made once the items ship. This payment went right through WITHOUT my confirmation. I already alerted PayPal. I hope everyone reading this thread alerts them as well. Someone needs to shut down these fraudulent sites.

  • April 23, 2020 at 6:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Stamford, Connecticut, United States

Here are a few websites that are SCAMS, selling toilet paper and hand sanitizer, etc. I placed an order through Kerenza and I didn’t get a confirmation so I emailed them, no reply so I called the number which is not in service and the address is a residence. I was able to find out through https://lookup.icann.org/lookup that all these websites are coming from Vietnam. If you put in Charmin in the search bar a few of them pop up on Bing ads. Is there any way you can check them out and remove them?

  • April 23, 2020 at 2:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Covina, California, United States

I ordered charmin toilet paper for $11.99. When I was checking out,it said I had to spend at least $20 for an order. So, I ordered another. The order price came to &23.99. But what caught my eye was the shipping charge. It said &3.99 to ship. No sale tax due. And what I recall is it had paypal right as you're going thru the process.

So, I always pay with paypal. Brought me to paypal, but it didn't react the same way. It should always go back to the vender or seller to finish up the transaction. It did not. So, I knew something is wrong.

Contacted my bank and they cancelled my credit card, and sending a new one. Yes I was scammed. Kerenza store does not exist. I should of realized when something looks too good to be true, mega rolls for &11.99. It was I believe, it said 12 rolls. Which would be a really good price with the shortages going on now.

    • April 26, 2020 at 1:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Hermitage, Pennsylvania, United States

The same thing happened to me I ordered Lysol wipes. It said the same thing that I had to order at least $20 so I ordered 5 packages of 3. It came to $28.94. I also paid through Pay Pal. I should have seen a red flag when it didn't send me back to the merchant. There was no confirmation. I never got an email confirmation of the transaction. I have tried several times emailing them with no response. Pay Pal put the transaction through & the scammers got paid! I called my bank & they are investigating now. It is too late for them to cancel the transaction, but hopefully, they will be able to find these people. We need to be wary of these online stores & just order from reputable companies we recognize. Pay Pal also needs to be mindful of who uses their method to pay for items.

I wish I had seen all these comments also. I got ripped off for $58.94. I am trying to contact the Oregon State Attorney's office to file a claim. How do you stop a paypal payment?

    • April 23, 2020 at 4:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Clifton, New Jersey, United States

You have to stop it through your credit card or bank...

    • April 22, 2020 at 10:12 PM by an anonymous user from: New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States

I asked PayPal to stop payment but so far they denied it. I appealed it because this site is a fraud. No receipt and the PayPal receipt listed a fake item number and quantity. All FAKE!

I did not get a receipt either from this company, and I was very surprised PayPal allowed the charge to go through because I never clicked “confirm order“ any place like through legit websites!

Here’s what you do for PayPal to file a claim. Log into your PayPal account and keep scrolling around until you find a place to report fraud in the Help section and open up a claim. PayPal gives instructions.

Any info you have regarding the transaction is helpful. Once your claim is opened, PayPal will contact you as they investigate. I don’t know why PayPal doesn’t have them shut down. This is happening over and over again and they are using PayPal on their website! Good luck! I have to still deal with PayPal for my case.

I too got ripped off by these people. I paid thru pay pal and opened up a claim/dispute. I also (due dillegence, NOT), emailed them from the "email us" on their website and from the contact us (so 2 emails were sent). I am using this as backup documentation for pay pal just in case they get sh**tty.

I am also printing off this comment section as additional proof. I am going to search the web for other complaints about this "store" and used this as backup evidence for either PayPal or my bank.

I wonder can some of us get together and do a facebook page warning other people about this dishonest company...

  • April 21, 2020 at 8:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Clifton, New Jersey, United States

This is a total scam. They direct you to open a PayPal account to pay for items then never send a confirmation of that purchase. After they get your credit card information you cannot even locate your PayPal account because this is a scam And it is a bogus account. I immediately cancelled my credit card when I never received shipping information or purchase confirmation.

I still cannot locate any PayPal account under my name or address again because there was never a PayPal account they just fraudulently got the credit card information to scam people out of money and took advantage of people desperately trying to purchase well needed items during this pandemic.

The address for this store is bogus as well as the non working disconnected phone number. Everyone that fell victim to this scam needs To report them to the authorities. IMMEDIATELY.

They send you an envelope which is delivered by the USPS in a fed ex cardboard envelope with one paper disposable mask in a ziploc bag!

    BE CAREFUL. REPORT THEM.

I ordered the Clorox disinfecting wipes and after I ordered I got no invoice or nothing and I thought it was being paid through pay pal but it's not. After looking at it, it shows being paid through pay pal*VLXGDB. I tried calling but no luck the phone number is no good. I went through my bank and they did give my 25 plus dollars back.

I made the mistake too...I thought it was legit. No confirmation email, no invoice and no legit phone number to call. But of course, they got my money. I will be contacting my banking institution and PayPal. Hopefully, they will be shut down but unfortunately, there are others with the same type of scam. Good luck to all and I hope you are able to get your money back.

I should have known better, but I placed an order for one of the items in very short supply, and I haven't received anything at all, not even an email confirmation with info on my order, but of course, my card was charged. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM
