I bought something that look like a nice winter coat I do not no what I got it seems as though somebody patch a few pieces of cloth together I am so disappointed,I sent an email I want my money back .This purchase felt like a scam !!!

I'm still waiting for refund after nearly a year now..if I dont get it this time I will go on Facebook and name and shame..they offered a refund of £46...but my order was £77.56 so I refused sent items back and still I'm waiting for my refund

Yes barry look is a very misleading advertiser the close look beautiful on they pictures
but its nothing but junk. I would not use it for cleaning rug really really junk, dont get fool by their advertise junk junk you dont vanto pay for charging an arm and leg for shipping you junk rubbish, do not waste your money, very dissatisfied excustomer
