Is Luvwigs a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

Buyer's be aware this company do not exist. After waiting a month on my wig they sent a long horse tail nothing close to what I ordered. No info on how to return it. My lost never again from this company.

Awful. Don't waste your money. If you follow tracking on email, you see shipping orginated in China. Besides that the wig was awful. Trash.

Do not buy from Luvwigs. I was very disappointed with my purchase. The wig I received was nothing and I mean nothing like the wig I ordered. It was ugly and cheap. Looked like a halloween wig. I throw it in the trash were it belongs. I wouldn't even put it in the donation box.

Luvwigs is a not a good site. They sale wigs you didn't ask for. I call that a scam.

LUVWIGS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM SITE. I ORDERED 2 LACE FRONTS. THEY TOOK A MONTH TO ARRIVE. Guess what? Both were Halloween children's wigs and one was WHITE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

That is so true. I ordered a wig from them and received a wig that was nothing at all close to what I ordered. I texted them and asked them how could I return the item and they gave me the run around. It is a scam, buyers be ware.

I am certain that this company is such a scam. Their website states that there's a $30 restock fee,plus the customer will be responsible for paying at least $8--12 shipping fee to return the item.There are a number of other requirements before they will deal with the customer's dissatisfaction.

I ordered three glueless wigs...what I received was three horrible helmet- head looking and bad f*****g wigs that I could never wear. Trying to find out how to get a refund. Very displeased!

Complete garbage the wigs are nothing like the Picures,they have fraudulent advertising,Please do not order from this company and they are not related to another company as you are led to believe its disgraceful.

they will take your money!! However, as a merchant, they will not honor the transaction. They will not deliver on time. They may not respond to your inquiries or not respond at all. They will no not ship you what you ordered or they may not ship your product at all. They will not want to give you a refund.

LUVWIGS website is misleading with false advertisement. I agree with all the comments from the above victims. I did not get what they advertised and I am asking for a full refund.

I am sorry I did not read these reviews before I ordered. They advertised a beautiful braided wig. I did not receive a wig but a few strands of hair not even braided. It would be nice to let customers know that they are not going to get a wig but a few pieces of hair to make the wig.

Same thing happened to me too. They are awful about responding and providing delivery updates as well. Very deceitful, false advertisting. luring unsuspecting customers and not shipping what they advertised. just horrible and unethical mode of operations!

Luvwigs scammers. I ordered four wigs waited a month in a half did not receive what I ordered wigs nothing like picture sent the same four wigs I disputed my charges and got my money back.
I noticed when you order is under luvwigs and once it was delivered it charge to wish hairs🤨

The company luvwigs is fraudulent. I ordered four wigs from them. I am completely bald so I wear wigs daily. I waited two months to receive my order. The wigs pictured in the online advertisement were beautiful. The ones I received looked absolutely nothing like the photographs in the advertisement. There is absolutely no way any of them can be used. I have reached out to them at least four times to no avail. They have not responded at all. There is no telephone number to contact them. There is no customer service. Please do not order from this company!!! They are just scamming people out of money!!!! I wish I'd looked them up prior to purchasing for them. Please do not order from them!!!

This is my fourth time reaching out to the company ... I have cancer and wigs are my life style. Reading your reviews, you PEOPLE took me for my money and im very unsatisfied. Although a as little as I paid I should have been smarter,vou showed nice wigs and styles. I will let everyone I know NOT TO BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY

It's a scam. The sent me a bag full of horrible quality wigs. Not even the styles I purchased. A waste of money. I asked them to cancel before they arrived and they wouldn't.

You are absolutely right. A bag full of horrible wigs is what I got. Every wig was the same,not anything as what I ordered.

Unfortunately, like so many others, I Was taken advantage of and scammed by the fraudulent company! It's really sad and disheartening but a major lesson for sure. I plan to report them and post on social media platforms as well. I hope this helps before anyone else gets mislead and used.

I ordered from luvwigs, and l did not receive my order.l placed my order on April 16th, 2020. They scammed me and I have no way of contacting them.

Me as well. I have reached out to them too. I'm going to put them on national news and blast them every day on Facebook Twitter and Instagram to out them out of business. The little bit of money they made is gonna cost them their business they got the right one this time.
