    I am scared to enter my account information I do not know how much I will be refunded since I have not attended school since 1998 how do I even know I will be getting a refund that seems like an awful long time to locate me don't you think?

    they can't be legit because they never pick up the darn phone. On hold once for 1 hr 23 minutes and a second time 57 minutes. They ain't that darn busy
