I have a current case through PayPal to get my money back or what I ordered. My original order through Analytice was for a tattoo stencil printer for sixty seven dollars and some change. I got a tracking # and received a small plastic package from Wuhan China that was said to value $20.00 and labeled underwear as the content. Their was three cotton masks I'm guessing for the covid outbreak. I paid for my order through PayPal .I notified them immediately that I didn't get what I ordered and that I wanted a refund or my order I purchased . They contacted Wuhan and I emailed PayPal all the information I had from my order, transaction and pics of what I ordered and received. It took over a week for Wuhan to respond and the Analytice wanted pics also and the same information on my order and pics of what I received. So Wuhan replied to PayPal and the name Analytice responded to me. 💠Hmmm...kinda odd! After Wuhan responded to PayPal, PayPal said Wuhan is offering 50 something dollars of my money back and I had so many days to respond. I declined a partial refund because I didn't get my order and I want all my money back or what I ordered. So they let Wuhan know my response I'm guessing and meanwhile I was given a ten day deadline. For my ongoing case, I have to report my issue to a government official or even local authorities and have a report done by them with my information on the issue so that I can forward the report to them at PayPal to keep the case ongoing or they will consider the case closed. I've sent a email the Attorney General of our state which I was given a case number but it would take ten days for a response. So the quickest way was to take everything to the local police and Monday they will have a report for me to forward to PayPal. I'll fight to the end on this. It's not because of the money, it's because we can't let crooks get away with stealing from hard working people. And it says it will ship when payment processed. But that's been processed for over 3 wks now. Several emails and still no call back. The number is an Alabama number but their address is in Nebraska. And it's not a good # ... So frustrated.
