Is Templaran a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

worse quality I ever see, the masks are bad quality and the print on them are so little you not even know what it is. and not ask about shirt and hoodi, so light and 100% sinthetic or polyester.

The masks will get there !! Mine came about two months after they are beautiful !!! Worth the wait I promise you .. I now have about 10 total !!

I ordered three face masks in April. Received an email that they shipped however there was never any tracking available for the package. I have sent multiple emails with zero response. Someone needs to shut these people down!!!!!

I have ordered from them several times, and yes, it takes forever to get items (all coming from China)but I have always received my items and they have always been great quality. I still order from them, one just has to be patient.

Ordered several masks two months ago. Received notification that masks have been shipped a month ago. USPS is still awaiting delivery a month later. Have sent numerous emails requesting an ETA. Just getting form letter response. Tired of waiting, have ordered elsewhere. One of the letters directed me to a tracking program which according to Norton is not a safe site to use. Asking for refund but have yet to receive a response. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer support. Interesting that they do not have a phone number to contact them.

Bought 2 of these masks and it took over 2 months to receive them. P**S poor quality and they look NOTHING like the ads PLUS they're so small they wouldn't even fit my 12 yo grandson. I'd ask for a refund, but after my long -$$ ordeal it's just not worth the effort.

I ordered my masks about the same time and have been getting the same BS they are saying maybe the parcel carrier is backed up More BS I ordered and item from ANOTHER VENDER YEATEDAY AND GOT NOTIFICATION IT WILL ARRIVE monday. and yes paypal is full of c**p too

I ordered the mask on April 30th 2020, nothing received yet. I disputed the charge with PayPal and they are just as big a fraud as Templaran. Templaran just keeps sending them new tracking numbers and they delay the investigation. These guys are frauds, do not order anything from them!!! Templaran will just keep sending you form emails telling you about delays and other c**p, they are a huge scam!

I ordered a face mask back on May 24th and I have not received my mask yet. I have sent many emails and got an automated response and to fill or this form and the tracking number doesn't exist and my order number doesn't either. I click the link to check on my order says page doesn't exist it was deleted. This is definitely a scam don't buy nothing from this store you will not get the product and will loose your money.

So very disappointed and BUYER BEWARE ~ likely a SCAM!!! Ordered this mask 2 months ago and still haven't received it. While I am extremely sympathetic to our current situation, MANY other orders placed AFTER this one have been processed by other companies and have been received, while this order placed in April still has not. I've received a couple of emails saying they've had an overwhelming response, promising they are a legitimate company, but this is ridiculous. I've made about 10 attempts to contact and keep getting automated emails telling me nothing. I receive emails with bogus tracking information. Plan on reporting them.

Same experience. Months of delay, fake tracking numbers, automated customer service run around. I am having my credit card company back charge them. I wish FaceBook would do a better job of screening advertisers.

After a couple of follow up emails I finally saw that USPS received items. Received both masks on June 5th. They're a little on the small size but they do look like the designs I ordered.

I ordered over a month ago and not getting replies to my email. Says it has shipped but when I check with UPS it says waiting to pick up. Been saying that for a couple weeks now. Stay away

Went to link for my order and it only says "the checkout page you're looking for does not exist. The url you are looking for may be deleted or not available" When checking on my tracking number it says "could not find order".
SCAM and PayPal no help at all.

I ordered 3 mask and filters about 1 month ago from Templaran.com and nothing has been received. I have sent 8 emails requesting my money or the product no answer just a confirmation sayin “Your email has been received someone will contact you in 3 days”. No one has contacted me. When I go o. The website and do a search for my order with my order confirmation # it states “ This link no longer exists”. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS SCAM SITE BECAUSE YOU WIL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Already 45 days...not coming my mask... I ordered another company so I was chek their office address... but was a puppy make factory..omg my money!! They say from China... but I did tracking, now in Jamaica...

I placed an order April 28 and have yet to receive my mask I paid through PayPal and have filed a dispute and I have sent emails and transaction history to this company and have yet to get any reply~ Buyers beware!!!!

I ordered two face masks back in April 2020 and wrote them many emails concerning items. Today June 3, 2020 my wait was worth the wait. They both arrived. I like the product but not the long wait. but in the end, I am a happy customer.

I have ordered 2 separate items over the last 2 months and received neither. I was emailed that the first mask payment would be refunded more than two weeks ago- no credit has ever been issued. My bad for buying off of a Facebook ad. Twice!

They ship from ontario canada according to their tracking on my order it hasnt been updated since may 4 allit says is electronic shipping info recieved.

I tried to purchase a Flag the product delivered was a banner it was under sized by several inches in both directions seams uneven and out of square a couple of bits of satin ribbon does not make a flag. The printed image was blurry and colour poor artistic license aside our 𝖠𝗎𝗌𝗍𝗋𝖺𝗅𝗂𝖺𝗇 flag has white stars not blotchy blue. It has cost me nearly $20 A$ to return to Vietnam this faulty product and I doubt refund so they are not a credible store.

these people took my money and do not deliver,someone needs to shut these b******s down. have the IRS look into the money they are receiving and probably are not paying their taxes

They are from China and the products they advertise are photoshopped. The actual article is not what is pictured.

Maybe they are not from the United States.
