I ordered a float in June have not received it and it is September and I have sent many e-mails with no response I would not but from them again
Same for us. They send tracking info saying it was delivered at a time we were home...a 16’x8’ mat that you can’t miss. They tell us to check post office. Give me a break!
I ordered a ping pong table for summer to deal with this pandemic quarantine. Viola, it took about 3 months to arrive, and it was...pieces of face masks! They pretended they were in US, so I purchased from them. They did not disclose they were from China!
DOI ordered an exercise machine from this company and they sent me MASKS from Shanghai. THey argued with me and pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. Then then apologized and said they mistakenly sent the wrong item. I demanded a refund again, and they said they would only refund 60% of the money to recoup THEIR restocking fees and shipping! I am opening a PayPal dispute and leaving this review anywhere I can so other people won't be conned by these liars.
This is a fake website. I purchased a floating lake mat & received a package of 5 face masks.
I had the same experience! I waited forever and I had a sick feeling I had been ripped off, getting the masks in the mail just confirmed it! 😡
Dealing with the company for over 2 months. Same story they sent face mask and then I asked for a refund they reside and said only 60%. Putting a claim with PayPal as well. Wondering what else can be done.
This is a scam site ordered pool floats and never received anything. They give you a phony tracking number that generates fake delivery information. Don't order anything from this scam company!
scam site, sent me masks instead of maxI climber. I contacted them and they never refunded the money as they have scammed hundreds of people

We ordered a TahitI inflatable island June 15 2020, we haven’t received it nor any emails except the one we got after purchasing it. We haven’t gotten any replies nor emails pertaining to the delivery. We’re wondering if we should start a refund.
