After my purchase, I didn't receive a purchase notification or an e-mail informing me of my purchase. Being suspicious, I contacted pay pal immediately since I used my PayPal CC and the charge was showing as PENDING. I informed them I am to dispute the charge. Paypal rep seemed to be understanding and informed me that the PENDING charge shall be noted as in dispute. Unfortunately, Paypal CC proceeded to APPROVE the charge! One week later I receive the UPS tracking info. from PayPal showing that the package was delivered at my doorstep. I contact UPS to notify them that no package was delivered to my doorstep on the day showing on the UPS tracking info. UPS went thru the motions and concluded that the package was lost. At present, I have filed a claim with UPS as well as with PayPal CC. PayPal is 50% of the problem. Same as above. No order confirmation. No reply to emails. They provide a "valid" tracking number to PayPal showing the product delivered to my town and zip. All they did was ship an empty box to random adress in my zip to generate a "valid" tracking number. PayPal closed my claim. I will try to get detailed tracking info and file claim with my CC.
