I have contacted this company 7 times about my purchase. Each response I received was another excuse and apology. When I finally saw my order number was demanded my money back. I figure I will need to go to my point of payment to receive.

I threatened to contact Facebook, the police, the USPS and the attorney general in my state and theirs. I had my money back in less than 24 hours. This is after being told 8 times they were unable to refund my money.

As others have, I got ripped off from this company. It was only $9.95, however I was so angry that they did this, that I was determined to get my money back. I filed a case with PayPal and did get a full refund. I hope everyone does the same and puts this company out of business! Shame on them!

They never ship the items you purchase from them but instead pretend they shipped it to the wrong address. They don't offer refunds and instead encourage you to purchase more from them by offering a 15% discount on their site.

Please contact your point of payment. I filed a case with PayPal and did get my money back from this fraudulent company.
