Reported to my bank as fraud, they’re investigating. Wouldn’t give me my refund for the product I’ve been waiting three months on. This is a joke! Hope they get theirs🖕🏻

I ordered weight set and for face mask also. I disputed my charge with the credit card company. Wasted 2 months waiting on a fake weight set.

I ordered a pair of adjustable dumbells and instead got a package of facemasks.This makes me angry that I was taken. I work hard for my money not to throw it away like this. I want to know where is the merch that I ordered.

They also listed Bow Flex products at a reduced price. I received a tracking #, but no Bow Flex products were ever delivered. The tracking # requested that I download a special app to my computer in order to see status - it's probably a virus. Do NOT use Guanaw!

I placed a order on 7/22/2020 for a set of weight plate. There is no order number, no order confirmation, phone number is not working, no respond for email, totally fake!
