Also same as everyone else - two dinky stools delivered very late. After going back and forth w PayPal for nearly 2 months and reporting the vendor as a fraud, finally a full refund.

Avoid avoid avoid... I paid 97 USD for jet body board. They sent me a5 dollar blow up kids toy. To get a refund they want me to return this 5 dollar piece of s$!t to them at the cost of 25 dollars and won't refund until they receive it. Whenever that is. I email them every day and they have now blocked my email address. I can believe PayPal support them. I will be complaining to anyone that will listen

The same thing happened to me. Keep contacting pay pal and send them screenshots of other people claims for the company being fraudulent as well. I finally got a full refund. It took me two months but I got to keep the dumby floats also. Good luck

Got 5 tiny chairs instead of the camp recliners everyone above is talking about. Reverse charges on the Visa.

I ordered a luxury camping chair as well and got this footstool looking thing probably . Emailed company and their response was that I needed to send wrong item back at a $25 return shipping fee and then they would send me the correct item. Definitely a scam knowing you won't spend the money to send back. In process of disputing. Definitely a scam DON'T DO business with them!

I am currently exact same thing. They sent me two tiny chairs that maybe you could fit one butt cheek on. Also offered for me to send them back and maybe they will send me the right item or a partial refund. Definite scam.

I ordered a luxury camping chair as well and got this footstool looking thing probably valued at $2. Emailed company and their response was that I needed to send wrong item back at a $25 return shipping fee and then they would send me the correct item. Definitely a scam! I ordered two Luxury Camp Chairs from them and received two child size camp chairs. I emailed them to ask for a refund and received a message to take pictures and send to them. I did and got a message that their inbox is full due to too many emails. Thank God I paid by credit card so I am not going to be out the money. Do not order from them!

Site is a scam! Do not order anything from these pathetic losers.

  • September 7, 2020 at 9:33 AM by an anonymous user from: Meridian, Idaho, United States

Like many others in the review thread I was scammed as well. Ordered a “Luxury camp chair” ended up with a couple unpleasant/fluorescent green metal/mesh foot stools that look like they are foot stools for kids. Contacted my credit card company, because this company is a fraud. I will also be trying to find out how they are using another companies advertising to falsely advertise merchandise they are selling. Total let down, and makes me more sure that I need to be going directly to store sights to order or legitimate companies who make the products here in the USA

It is a total scam. I ordered a chair that wasn’t cheap - and after many many weeks received some little thing like a footstool that one foot wouldn’t fit on. No doubt I’m going to be out the money I paid.

    • September 5, 2020 at 1:16 AM by an anonymous user from: Valencia, California, United States

Same here! Site is definitely a scam

  • August 4, 2020 at 11:03 AM by an anonymous user from: Canastota, New York, United States

I ordered 3 chairs in June. Finally got the first part of august, not at all what I ordered. I’m not happy to write to their email address and nothing back. I used my unemployment card so I’m sure I’ve lost that money. I don’t think I could get my money back on that card. Did anyone get any sight?

Wellgoods is definitely a scam! They created another store name called Niceqone that offered merchandise at a low price. Once you place your order it generates an email of confirmation and a purchase receipt. Once they process the financial side of it and take your money, the website cannot be accessed.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! They stole almost $200 from me.

I ordered a chair, after eight weeks I finally received the chair, wasn’t the chair I ordered, wasn’t the chair I wanted or needed, don’t like the chair. I think I’m going to contact my bank and get my money back because this site is a scam.
