Thirdlet.com is one of many fake websites set up by this scammer to defraud people. He defeats PayPal' buyer prorection/resolution process by somehow generating fake usps tracking info which shows items as delivered. Im guessing he has a conspiritor who works for usps. That, or he has hacked usps

Ordered a bike, paid 103usd for it, didn't receive anything. I got an old tracking number from usps with an older delivery date. PayPal is not replying to my inquires

if someone was able to get money back please do tell

    Thanks

This has happened to me too! Same purchase, same amount. I have no idea what to do now. I submitted my complaint to paypal but it says it will take a month for them to contact me.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Wow exact same issue! UPS won't even give me proof of delivery since the tracking I received was for a package shipped from AMAZON to someone else's name in my area! Paypal is supporting these frauds and making it difficult for buyers to get the money back. If it helps, I was able to message them in their Contact us section and asked to open a case and I have been trying to make them understand that this is a scam.

okay so I talked to paypal. this is what you need to do. You need to go to UPS.com contact by email. ask them to confirm if the tracking number (the one given to you) was sent to your name and your address. You don't want them to tell you confidential info to where the package actually WENT but you have the right to know if tracking shows your name and address (which it doesn't) so you'll get an email hopefully form UPS saying that it doesn't match your address provided and that's all you need for PayPal to refund your money.

Thank you! I'll look into it - as I feel for this as well!

hey there It also happened to me. I called ups they are not able to provide us with more info since our address doesn't match what the seller had. we now know we got scammed. UPS told me that PayPal has to call them to verify if tracking number matches our address. so make sure to do that with PayPal keep trying let me know If you have luck

I submitted info to PayPal online for frad, and got a quick reply that says "We've contacted David Morgan. We're waiting for David Morgan's response. We reviewed the case you filed and have contacted the seller for more information." I too got a USPS tracking number that said it was delivered on June 24, 2020, but my purchase was made on July 4. So hopefully PayPal can take appropriate action. I hope they can put these people in jail asap.

I also have been scammed. I bought this bike, https://www.thirdlet.com/girls-cruiser-frame-bike-mint-fit-with-nel-lusso-huffy-perfect-24-green.

Two minutes after the purchase on July5, 2020 I made claim with Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal denied my claim because the seller, (read the scammer) proved to them that the item was shipped. I tracked the item on USPS, with the provided tracking number, 9400110200883371035672.

USPS tracking info said that my package was delivered at the mailbox at 12:08 pm on July 10, 2020 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89148. To make the things more stranger on July 10 I did not get anything on the mailbox. That was the real proof of the scam, how could a 24" bike be delivered inside the mailbox?

Now Paypal does not want to help me and I am still waiting for the claim with USPS.

Stay away from that website the are a scam artist.

I also made the mistake to shop there (for a bike), and I received nothing. But curiously, a package complete with tracking number was allegedly shipped and delivered, according to UPS! In fact, I didn't receive anything, despite UPS claiming I did. If the shopping site is a scam, what did they hand to UPS that looked legit enough for UPS to accept it and ship it? And I understand that it happens sometimes that UPS drivers may deliver parcels at the wrong address. But what are the chances that UPS would make a mistake right this time, when delivering a package that seems to have come from a scamming company? Is UPS also involved in this scam, or was the online store able to hack the UPS system to make it appear as if something was shipped and correctly delivered? Very murky...

I paid $99 for a Wahoo bike computer. I received no order confirmations or responses to all methods possible. They also sent a tracking number to my paypal - but the tracking number was for a package delivered to my area (not my house) one day PRIOR to making the order. On another site I also heard of another tracking number for a package delivered prior to the order. So the tracking numbers provided to paypal are not related to our orders or our home.

It's a scam, nothing came and there is no one to contact, don't buy there
