Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Has anyone had any luck getting money back from this company? They got me and presented fake tracking information to my financial institution.
I bought a kayak from Seansport, which has magically changed to Bryannasport. I got a confirmation email saying it was delivered within an hour of buying it. I cancelled the purchase through an email they provided, and now they refuse to refund me.Seansport and Bryannasport is a total scam!Jenn W.
You paid via Paypal and linked credit card. File a problem with Paypal and reverse the charges via your credit card. I ordered a kayak July 1st. USPS tracking indicated it was delivered June 25th which is bogus. Not sure how these crooks screwed with USPS tracking. And USPS doesn't deliver 10' kayaks.
I am trying to get my money back now on a kayak that I purchased last week! Complete scam!!I checked the tracking number and it said that it was delivered a week before I ever ordered it! I went through Pay Pal so hopefully, I'll get my money back.
