I placed an order and paid through PayPal - afterwards I received nothing except an email saying I paid the money. After checking online and finding all the info on cdover I was so disappointed. I have a case open now to get my money back. I thought I was wiser than to get fooled like this, but I am not! The Charlotte Flatt person tried to rip me off for 100.49 for a deep freeze. They sent PayPal a fraudulent tracking# that went to smone else & I had to get UPS to send me a letter that stated who the tracking# actually went to & that the package was not in my name or went to my address. This company tried to say that an 8.9lb freezer was sent to me. Hahaha. Be careful w/this. They have several different companies just under different names. U can't get a response from a email or a call cuz their phone is just a busy tone. I have heard nothing for two days and the only proof I have is my PayPal receipt. A red flag went up as soon as I saw noticed that I didn't receive email confirmation. I have tried to call the number over and over again at various times of the day constantly busy. Total scam and lesson well learned. I will be canceling this order and seeking my money back. I hope whoever is behind this gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
