I've researched this online scammer who sends FACEMASKS to buyers instead of the products. PayPal is looking into my complaint also. I ordered a sewing machine and got face masks. The scammer uses poor English grammar in emails. Supposedly Chinese scammer from the Arizona area? Anyway, to tract this routing and server activity, there's always an electronic paper trail, just takes time. Check the comment section below for answers or additional information.
