The link goes to a fake or phishing website that steals account credentials, personal or financial information.

    Just recieved the text "Your package has been sent to a local post office due to an unpaid shipping fee. 073500630176

    Interestingly I am expecting a package from China, tracking shows it's in the counrty awaiting delivery. The scammer sems to know this.
