Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
This will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Purely White Deluxe located at purelywhitedeluxe.com and this is the 2nd time I’ve had shipping and costumer service issues with them.
My latest order was for $100+ (ultimate bundle) and all I receive is a $25 wand refill, and absolutely ZERO answers as to why I didn’t receive what I ordered.
There’s no phone contact number and it takes “costumer service” 48hrs to get back to me on my order.

Fake Sales and Lawsuits: The brand faced a class-action lawsuit alleging they use fake, perpetual "discount sales" to trick consumers into thinking they are getting a temporary bargain. The suit also alleged misbranding regarding FDA approval.
Purely White Deluxe is widely flagged by consumers for highly deceptive billing practices, hidden subscriptions, and aggressive marketing. While the physical teeth whitening products are real and sold at major retailers like Walmart and Target, ordering directly from their website carries significant financial risks.
Placed a one time purchase order and they somehow signed me up for a monthly billing fee of 31.90 $. They are running a scam
Unauthorised Charges: Dozens of complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) state that buyers order a single item for around $29 to $39, but their credit cards are immediately charged up to $89 for added items they never selected.
100% fraud/scam/bogus company. Beware guys. They will never ship anything and your life will end.
Hidden Subscriptions: Customers note being enrolled in monthly auto-ship programs without their consent. The links provided by customer service to cancel these subscriptions are frequently reported as broken or invalid.
Dealing with the same issue. 100% fraud co. it is. Future customers please beware.
