Scammers are sending out fake emails from cydpaypalserviceteam@gmail.com to potential victims, pretending to be CYD Technology Group LTD. Therefore, if you have received unexpected claiming to be from CYD Technology Group LTD, just delete them, especially when you are asked for money. If you have received a similar email or have information about this scam, please leave it in a comment below.

I ordered a cat litter box on Feb 12; 2021 for the amount of 36.98 and have never received it or a refund. I paid through pay pal. Please refund my pay pal account that amount.

I ordered a smart litter box and it was from CYD TECHNOLOGY and that was in March. I still have not received it and PAYPAL refuses to do anything about it. I am done with Paypal now. I thought it would protect me but they did noting.

Make a claim at PayPal.
Same story.
PayPal is now refunding all the amount :-)

I was scammed by CYD Technology Group. I bought my mom an electric car so she wouldn't have to ride the bus to work. To never come she was so excited, it breaks my heart.
