Same experience as everyone else. I thought I would be safe in ordering the item from this merchant because they were associated with PayPal. It is very sad that you need to research any seller who isn't a well-known online merchant.
This company is running a scam! Sends tracking number but product is delivered to wrong address and there is nothing buyer can do because company/seller is unreachable, I tried settling through paypal but they denied claim because bogus tracking number said delivered!
Absolute the same story here. Wish I had researched a bit further prior to purchase.
Same here, made a purchase, never received it, and got denied a refund by PayPal.
I'm disputing the purchase with PayPal too. Why did they deny your refund? I thought I could rely on sites that were associated with PayPal; but I guess not.
