Is Watermine a Scam? Cryptocurrency Investment Mining Platform

I invested $250 with "Watermine io Investment" and when I attempt to withdraw the money have earned to my Coinbase account, it never arrived. It has been 7 days now and there is still no money in my account. I sent many emails to their customer service but have not gotten a single response. Has anyone ever gotten a response from their support in regards to withdrawals? Please share your personal experience in a comment below.

I invested 35000$ in this platform watermine today I tried logging into my account but the site is offline please can someone assist me what is wrong with the website and why is it not opening up I have tried Accessing different websites online to gather information on how to successfully login to my account I was able to see some information/solution on this site ...
But I not fully sacticified if anyone can help please do

Right now, watermine is working under other name. " king finance trader" .
With the same website setting. Even they've not changed the color of their website. Everything is the same.
They don't wanna refund our money.
