I got an official voicemail from telephone number 629-209-6845, from a woman named Britney Price, who identified herself as agent #1769 at "Alumni Assist Group". Britney left me a voice message saying that she works on some type of student loan forgiveness program and if I would call her back she can help me with a "student aid forgiveness program" for my student aid loans, but that the program is a "first come first served" and limited, so she advised calling her back right away. But, I happen to know that these types of student forgiveness loans only come from official government agencies. So this is a total scam! Block and report the telephone number.
Here is a transcript of the voicemail:
it's Britney Price calling again from alumni assist group my agent ID is 1769 and my number is *** I was calling back to let you know that your student aid is still qualified for the forgiveness program but we only have a few limited openings left available so call back soon to finalize the details as I don't want you to miss out on this opportunity and again my number is *** you can ***

I received many calls from AlumnI Solutions, also the call were from Britiny Price, the same lady as mentioned in the article above!!! Why would this company call me in the first place, cuz I never had a student loan in my life??? I'd think this company would at least find out if the person their calling has had a student loan and how much they owed, right?
Got the same call now 3rd time from James. Student loans have been gone foe over 10 years. Total scam reported number and blocked number

I have gotten several calls from them. I called back and got a very arrogant male on the phone. told him that I received money from a law suit over a company like his. also, that only the federal government is in charge of student loans. asked if there was a fee involved he said yes.Told him they better watch out and that I was reporting the company...he just about hung up on me. it's a SCAM

888-480-07039784 IDKameron King This is the Idiot that called me from “AlumnI Solutions” and said it was a student loan forgiveness plan that’s been around since Obama admin. I asked him where is he calling from and hung up. Watch out for these crooks!
Same phone call - they're using (888)480-0703 AND (888)484-0568 today as well. Be aware

I just got the same call, they left a voicemail. Name was Stephanie McCormack, agent #1841 and said the number to call back was 888 683 0235Same script -- student aid forgiveness program, first come first serve basis, call back ASAP. I'm glad I googled it and found this page. I had a feeling.
I was at first intrigued by the voicemail that I got, similar to the ones mentioned by others on this site. I try to pay attention to words these hucksters use and was a bit wary when the message used the term "student aid" forgiveness instead of "student loan" forgiveness". But I did call and the agent immediately started asking qualifying questions, but when I started asking specific questions ("How is this different from a loan consolidation from a bank?' and "What are the qualifying parameters for for the forgiveness program?") he said to check out the web site. I did, and it gave me no information whatsoever. When I asked him to send info via email, we got disconnected. I called back, got a different person, who started right away with trying to get my financial information. I asked one question, and his response was "You can do whatever you want" and hung up. That did it for me. My hunch was right that this is a scam.
What website did he give you?
Similar thing thing happened when I called back. He asked me a question if I was employed and before I could answer it got disconnected. Do you think they got information by just us answering? or calling back?
I just got a voicemail from Derek Price agent ID 7761 with an identical message to the one above (6/14/2021). Noticed they never gave the name of the agency or offered a website to turn to. Glad I looked it up! They mentioned at the end calling back to be added to a "Do Not Call" list, but even that feels suspicious. I recommend just blocking the number.
I got the same message but from Sabrina Williams agent ID 1691 on June 2, 2021 at 11:09 am! What a joke
what can I do if I did sign up with them not realizing what it was?
Just be careful going forward.
Got a call from Derek Price. Agent Id # 7761. Call back # 888.650.1959. If you owe over $10k prompt 5. They introduce themselves as "AlumnI solutions" but do not disclose any information about themselves and hang up if you question them

Thank you all for posting.

I got the same call from Stephanie multiple times.
Anything that requires a time sensitive reaction is a scam, 100%. It's the fear factor that they pray on (must act now, time is running out, your account is about to be closed).I just called back and told them "Lose my number. I know you're a scam". Hopefully they won't waste their time with me any more.
Transcript of voicemail: I called back when I started asking questions, they immediately hung up! SCAM!!! “HI it's Stephanie McCormick from alumnI solutions my agent ID is 1841 and my number is 888-683-0325 um I was calling to let you know that your student _____ is qualified for the forgiveness program we may be able to grant you a partial or a full forgiveness package but I'm just you know this program has limited openings and is on a first come first serve basis so I'm call back soon to finalize the details and again my number is 888-683-0325 you can talk to me or any of the reps to finalize your file thank you to be added to our do not call list call 888-672-0034…”
I also just received a "call" from her. Thanks for posting.
I just got a call from the same person, thank you for posting
I received the same call twice so far. Thank you for your post.
Received same exact call and voicemail word for word at 1:39 PM on 6/9/2021.
Just received a voice message from this number as well. It sounds official as it's that time of year for graduates. Thank God I searched before calling back! Thank you all for the info!
Same story I got but this time was Sabrina Williams.. I know its a fake call because when she called was blocked number.
Same story as everyone else. When I was on the phone with them huh could hear very large group of people yelling and shouting about numbers and accounts. It reminded me of that old movie boiler room. And I think the most interesting part is that I called back about 30 times to the original number I was given snd the other numbers listed as well. And no ring it immediately has a robotic voice sag goodbye a d hang up. So as soon as they attempt their scam they immediately block the number.to have so many somewhat intelligent ppl working to scam people and parry on their desperation is beyond comprehension . I hope all of these scum sucking vultures get a cell mate named bubba and he doesn’t use and lube.
She called me too...stupid that these scams still get people
I was called by Sabrina Williams from alumnI solutions from 888-649-6062
Same here! Haha isn't she a teenage witch or something? :P
I also got a call from Stephanie McCormick today about student loan forgiveness. Its been about 8 years since I've graduated from college and I had no student debt when I finished. Scam for sure.
I received call from Stephanie McCormick caller ID was 930-200-8409 (Greenville, IN) the call back # Stephanie left for financial aid forgiveness was 888-683-0325
This program must use computers to do mass calls all at the same time because I also received the same call today, June 8, around 1:07pm Eastern time. The voice mail transcript is the same as all the others and the number came from Caldwell, Idaho (986) 201-0946. Definitely a scam!
I currently live in England but still have my American phone and I just got a voicemail message on that phone from Stephanie McCormick agent ID 1841 as well. I knew it was a scam because this type of info would come from Dept. of Education. I came to check just in case. Thanks for posting this.
Same call from Stephanie McCormick Agent ID 1841
Don’t trust I called and asked and got sane guy with different names. DAVID, KEVIN, RICHARD. Once I said I was reporting I called again to see if that did anything and man kept hanging up right away
Yup! This is the woman who just called me!!
Same call, from Stephanie McCormick Agent ID 1841. The caller ID said unknown number but the number is 888-683-0325.
I have gotten multiple calls from a Stephanie McCormick, agent ID 1841 who states her number is 888-683-0325, calling to let me know that my student aid is qualified for the forgiveness program but it is a first come first served basis. Sounds official, obviously there is no such thing. Call came from 626-631-2194.
I just got the same call from this number: 1-985-241-9767 the person's name was Stephanie McCormick, and the details of the call were identical to those above.
