This company is a total scam, they offer a free trial & no matter how many times you cancel they will continue to charge your card. RUN!!

I didn't even use these people. Somehow (identity stolen) this shows up! Luckily I'm in with my bank and we(they) stop any charges that they don't identify!

I used it to reverse a number that had text me and asked me if I was my name here. I called it and it said it was text email unavailable. So this Seekhd pops up to reverse the number and find out the info about the number name where it came from etc. A fee of $1 trial period after that would be a monthly fee of $27 if I didn’t cancel. Well it’s a huge scam charged my credit cards several times. The reason I say cards is because I put my first one in and it said card number invalid so I put my second card in. It charged the one that said invalid once a the second one 5 times never did find out anything about that number but what I already new the location of the call which popped up when I called it. Don’t fall for it!! I had dispute all charges both cards a hassle but worth not paying scam fees that pray on the unaware!!

This place is not genuine, its a total scam. Trying to locate a phone but absolutely no redult. All that happened is that I pay the one time charge and after intering the phone number the system asked for another fee to get results. Absolutely no desired result and it keep asking for more fees. Absolute scam.

Seekhd.com is a total set up scam. It reports inaccurate or false info, most times not even related to the info you request. It's designed to get your info to make multiple false charges to your bank account & then sell , as I found, my info was sold and put on the dark web within a few days of opening & closing the account on their website.

I lost my phone and subscribed to this bogus company and realized immediately that it was not going to do anything for me. I unsubscribed within 5 minutes after giving them my dollar. They charged my account anyway. When I got a hold of them and told them that I had unsubscribed and I wanted them to give me my money back and to not debit my account again I can't see his face I was told they would send me a cancellation conference information and let me know if they were going to return my money. I never got a confirmation and they have now debited my account again and I'm not getting any response. I am now out $53.90. DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE ANYTHING. There are several reports like this and there are several a few years old. I don't understanding why we do not have protection against a company that continues to steal money over and over.

it's a scam do not use. if you get info from them it might even be 10 yrs old, useless c**p
and then they try and over bill you. I promise you will not be happy

I cancelled my acct months ago. I am still being charged 16.88 a month. This is a scam and I may go to my bank and stop the transaction indefinitely.

It works it showed me loads of information about myself and my friend UPDATED INFO the tracking is the only thing that's off badly but I wouldn't trust it especially when you can track your own phone for free at android.com/find

This app is trying to get 26.95 from my account when supposedly it charged 50 cents for looking for a phone. They charged me 1$ and are still trying to get payed more Scammmm

Your bank is aware of scam sites and can guide you, I noticed numerous charges in 1 month period and the bank checked into pending charge the credit card company flagged ? ....I screen shotted the cancelation after using the search 1 time the report thst was made to credit card company the solution was a new card and wait 20 days to see if they post another charge unfortunately a loss of $32 ▪︎ plus the .69 cents calling your credit card company is the best way plus notify your bank !!!
I will see if the refund appears or they try to take more money if they do MC will pursue fraud investigation and refund the money but unfortunately the wait for 20 days to use new card

I just saw on my credit card statement that I was charged 5 times at 50cents each.. that is not a big deal but there better not be 5 accounts.. they couldn't do what they said they could do so I cancelled anyway. Hope they don't try to charge me anyway... Especially 5times!

I lost my phone and paid for this service they only told me who the phone belongs to, I know who I am. But they kept saying go to my email for more information. I told them I don't have a laptop I was using a old phone that was only running on wifiso o had no access to my email. Now I see they are trying to charge me for a service I cancelled that night . Luckily I keep all my cards locked.

SEEK HD is the scam!!! Never even try to request a single data from them!! I payed once only for the phone number searching and next week they started to charge me every month for $40!!! And just mind it- I never even created an account with them!! Neither applied for their membership!! When I contaced the b******s to ask for money refund they suggested "with their courtesy" to refund me $26 instead of $336.55!!! Be warned!!

THIS IS A SCAM. SEEKHD PROMISED 7 DAY FREE TRIAL BUT CHARGED ME 7 CONSECUTIVE TIMES IN UNDER 4 MINS. WHEM I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD I WOULD VE REINBURSE FOR ONLY 2 PAYMENTS. ALL INFO GIVEN WAS ALSO FALSE. I ALSO HAD TO CANCEL MY CURRENT CARD AND IM STILL FIGHTIMG TO GET ALL MONIES REIMBURSED.

So I signed up to locate a stolen phone. I was promised a free 7 day trial.to my suprise,the info given by seekhd was inaccurate. Apart from that I was charged 7 times one after the next in a matter of 4 minutes. I immediately cancelled subscription and informed the company via email about the discrepancy. The CSR told me via email that they will reimburse all monies within 3 days. When this was not done I complained again and was only reimbursed for 2 and not 7 payments.
WARNING!! BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.RHEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FIVE FALSE INFO.

Same situation (not geographically) as the first comment. Any business that does not have a phone number that I can call will be a red flag for me from now on. Now I might have to cancel my card just to rid myself of these scammers. <>

Scam. I don't remember signing up with them but I just discovered that they've been billing me every month. I looked in to the service. For $16.44 a month they provide the city that a phone number is registered to. That's all. The area code already gives me that information.

I got my credit card company to remove these charges as fraudulent but now they’re trying to access my Amex card. Luckily, they got an expired card number, but that just shows what a scam they are.

Sounds like a lot of people are being ripped off, including myself! Has anyone had any success in reporting this company?!
