Swipe-mart located at swipe-mart.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

In June 2021 made an order for two Pine Wood Bookcases at a cost of 93.90. At this time haven't receive the merchandise nor the money back.
Eleven weeks have passed but not received the bookshelf. They are responding on mails confirming that the consignment is held up at customs of receiving country.I strongly believe that Swipe-mart is a fake site duping innocent people.
How does one register a police case against them, are they are a scam

I ordered on 8th July. Have not received anything yet. But they are responding to emails and saying that it is in transit
I had ordered two (2) of these bookshelves thinking that it was a great deal. Sadly, I have been waiting for a while and nothing has come to my address. I could not believe someone would scam people, and I guess I am a little naïve. If they are not going to fulfill the order then I would like my money back, and if they do not, then perhaps the law should visit their place of work and demand answers from these deceivers. Shame on them for doing such underhanded things and shame of me for being too trusting!

I noticed there is no COD facility.
I ordered and paid for Wooden Modern Rotating Bookshelf for close to one month now. I had written emails to Swipemart but had neither received a response nor the product.
