If potential victims call 858-764-0545, they will contact the scammers, who will pretend to be Wells Fargo customer service. They will attempt to convince their potential victims into giving them their account credentials, personal and financial information, which they will use fradulently.

I received similar text from 17014095333 with web site stating my WF card is locked. It looks like Chinese or some foreign language. PLESE DELETE.

Go online to the bank web page with your login and check. Mine was not locked. .
